How can I pay for the delivery?With cash, check, Mastercard , Visa , or for those with 4 or more jobs per month, DBC can email an invoice to you payable net 15 days from receipt.Do I need to label the package? Yes, please label the package as if you were going to mail it.
Can you provide me with a signature for delivery? Yes, we obtain signatures for all transactions.
Is my package insured? Yes, we are fully bonded and insured.
Do you deliver on the weekends? We can if the delivery is scheduled by 4pm friday afternoon
Why is my package not picked up at the time I specified it was ready? Our couriers are routed based on due times to save fuel and to efficiently make all deliveries by there respective due times. We can accommodate a particular pick up time if needed, just please specify this information to our customer service representative.
I said my package would be ready at a certain time, but realized it will not be, what should I do? Please call us as soon as you realize the time frame has changed and we can reroute the assigned courier or just assign another courier to your job, we are always flexible.
Will I be charged for cancelling a job? There may be a fee assessed based on the time that the courier has spent driving/cycling to your location. As soon as you know that circumstances have changed please communicate this to us.
What information do you need to schedule a job? We need company name, address, phone number, contact name, type of package, dimensions and time frame, and also method of payment. If you have an account we will invoice you, otherwise we accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. Please have information ready when placing a call to us.
Can you give me a price quote? We can provide a quote for small package deliveries. If your delivery is multiple packages or boxes, we can provide you with a base rate and the driver will assess the freight charge.
